One on One Treatments

How do I know if this is the right sound treatment for me? - People who have benefitted
from this in the past include people dealing with anxiety, insomnia, stress, specific aches
and pains, and a lack of energy or ability to focus. A 1:1 treatment is a time of sound that is designed for your particular needs. We talk together about what specific conditions you are experiencing at the moment, and I design a sound experience that holds your specific requests in mind.

Single booking: $60/treatment

Three booking bundle: $50/treatment*

Length: 1 hour

(Intake session may be longer)

*all treatments in a bundle must be used by one individual, and paid for at time of first treatment

How do I know if this is the right sound treatment for me? - This “Small Group Sound
Bath” is the way to go if there are a few of you who want to come to the studio and relax.It is

designed with the wishes of you and your friends in mind. We set up a time that is convenient for us all, you complete the intake forms,

and then just come to the studio in comfy clothes—I provide everything else. It is easy
and convenient, and a great way to relax and unwind. Almost everyone can benefit from

the relaxation that comes from being bathed in therapeutic sound.*

Single booking: $50/treatment per person

*if you are within the first trimester of pregnancy or have broken or fractured a bone in the past 6 weeks, a Sound Bath is not for you at this time.
**all treatments in a bundle must be used by at least one of the same individuals, and paid for at time of first treatment

Group Sound Treatments (Public)

How do I know if this is the right sound treatment for me? -

Do you like the idea of
getting lost in the amazing sounds of a gong? Have you been hearing about Sound Baths, and find the idea intriguing? This treatment, received in a group of other like-minded folk, is a great place to get your feet wet. Bring something cushy to lie on, something warm to lie under, then just let go! (Please note - in some locations, props are provided. See individual location details.) Almost everyone can benefit from the
relaxation that comes from being bathed in therapeutic sound.*

Single booking: $25-$35/treatment (depending on location, and HST may be extra)

Length: 1 hour

Group Sound Treatments (Private)**

How do I know if this is the right sound treatment for me? - If there are more than 3 of you,
or you want to be in your own space, choose this. A private Sound Bath, designed with
your wishes in mind, is a wonderful way to relax with friends, mark a special occasion, or treat yourself or a loved one. Invite 3 friends, or 10 friends, pick a suitable location, then reach out to me so we can find a time that works for all. Bring something comfy to lie on, something warm to lie under, then just let go! Almost everyone can benefit from the relaxation that comes from being bathed in therapeutic sound.* The main benefit of a
private sound bath is being able to have lots of input into the types of instruments you want used, as well as the time/location of the event and who is attending!

For 2-4 people attending: $250

For groups of 4+ people, add $25 for each additional person
(For instance, the total is $275 for 5 people, $300 for 6, etc.)

Length: 1 hour
